Cracking PINs: There's a 26% chance I can crack yours in 20 tries

Target says "don't worry" when releasing news that PINs as well as card numbers were lost to a recent hacking incident. Although the giant retailer does protect PINs with a separate encryption code outside of the hacked database, this one falls on you - the card owner. Is your passcode 1234? 11 percent of you are nodding your heads! Our laziness, lack of education about the issues, and/or over-inflated trust of others to take responsibility for us have led to a dangerous situation.
